I am a self taught artist, nurse by profession, with a deeply inherited love for the arts. My preferred medium is watercolor. I also practice ceramics, driftwood preservation and driftwood sculpture.

Growing up I was always surrounded by creativity and encouraged to explore art. My great-grandmother specialized in oil painting and my aunt is an abstract artist. One of my greatest joys growing up was spending time with my grandfather who was always creating. Whether in his woodworking shop, building kit cars or painting in his den, his love for art was very influential from the moment I opened eyes. No matter the outcome, he treated anything I made like the ‘Mona Lisa.’ Needless to say my family nurtured my passion, fostering an environment where self-expression through art was not only supported but celebrated.

Now as a stay at home mom of two, I have been blessed with the gift of passing on the joy of creation to my kids. I share my artwork with the hope that it will not only reflect my journey but also serve as a positive influence for my children, showing them the importance of self-expression, creativity, and the power of pursuing one’s passions
